API + Framework Templates

What is a template?

Creo has two types of templates. The API only template provides developers with Creo REST APIs which are then used to build against any component framework, theming and coding language. These API Only apps are best for advanced developers who have their own preferences on other tools or for companies who want to leverage the Creo APIs within their existing web development architecture.

The API + Framework templates include not only the Creo APIs but also a baseline architecture utilizing React as the front end development framework combined with the Mantine component framework and base theming included. This setup is best utilized for stand-alone apps that do not need to fit within an existing architecture.
